It’s important to understand that you have the right to choose a plan manager that best suits your needs and preferences. These needs can change over time and you might like to switch to another provider. This is perfectly fine and shouldn’t feel daunting.

First, reach out to your current plan manager and let them know you are changing plan managers. Now this can seem intimidating so we have a document you can email, just contact us for this. Your current plan manager may have a cancellation period so it’s good to find out this so you can let the new plan manager know!

Once you have researched different plan managers and found one that align with your goals and values. You can contact them to sign up!

Remember, the process of changing plan managers should be a positive and empowering experience for you.
